The seminar is held by the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and will cover areas such as:
- Separation. Divorce. What happens now?
- How will our property be divided?
- Why do I have to see a family dispute resolution practitioner before I can go to court?
- How does the court decide what is in the "best interest" of our children?
- What is child support?
- What are the alternatives to going to court?
