Important information for this weekend.

Due to Council works relocating the main server room the Library Service will be operating offline for all transactions on the weekend 7-8 February 2009.

• Borrowers must have a library card to borrow

• The library phones will not be operating

• You will still be able to use the website for enquiries, renewals, reservations, booking, databases

• Any reservation placed for available items placed online will not be followed up until after the weekend

• PC/Internet bookings can be made via the website or in person (with your library card)

• Council payments at Kew can only be taken if the payment is not overdue and the appropriate paperwork is provided
