The City of Boroondara Library Service apologizes to its users for problems with library systems and telephones today. These problems were the result of a scheduled power outage at Hawthorn Town Hall which was outside the control of the City of Boroondara Library Service. Hawthorn Library was particularly affected but telephones at all libraries were not functioning properly. All systems and phones are now working again.
